MY HEART SPINS Valerie Gaston and Keli Marshall are two local cyclists who race primarily on the road. They have ridden together as teammates on Les Rouleurs since 2008. And since then, they have put on a spinning event to benefit a different charitable organization each year. Bicycles for Humanity was the recipient of the proceeds of the latest event held in January 2010.
